RIP Coco.

Sadly we had to make that heart breaking descision to let Coco join the rest of the clan at Rainbow Bridge.

We got a phone call off the vets to say his kidneys were damaged but not critical and he needed all his teeth out, I thought that's not a problem I went to get the money to pay for his treatment when I got another phone call to say she had had another look at the ultra sound and had found a tumor.

After losing Oscar to FeLV I can't believe we've had to make the same heartbreaking descision again, It was in Coco's best interests though and we've always said we wont let a pet suffer no matter how hard it is to let go.

I just feel like shutting the outside world out and getting drunk I think It's only right we celebrate his life no matter how short it was.

RIP Coco.

Gone but never forgoten I might not of known you as long as I would of liked, but you spread a lot of happiness in that short space of time, tea time won't be the same without you trying to rob a sausage, pork pie or egg custard off my plate, I would give anything to get them nights back, and who's going to help me make fish pie.

Coco with his best mate.

Cody and Coco.

Though his time with you was short, he knew the lifetime of love that you all shared with him. Surely you will all see Coco again some special day.

  12. Two cats a-bridged in the world today, and we can only speak the same to both…

    “To a dear cat
    Who would have been
    A friend had
    Our paths crossed
    Before

    It saddens us that
    We only now meet
    And not
    That time
    Before…”

  24. .... and St Francis said, "Come little one, there is nothing more I can do for you here, don't be afraid"......and St Francis gently picked up Coco and carried him into the kingdom of heaven.....when the little cat looked around, he realized everything St Francis told him on his journey was true....heaven was beautiful beyond what mere words could express.....

...... and Coco saw there was no pain, suffering, fear, sickness, hunger, thirst or sorrow, until he looked down and saw the family and friends he had left behind. ......and for a very brief moment, the little cat too, was filled with sorrow.

....then St Francis bestowed Coco with a set of gossamer wings and said, "Use them to return to your family, when their need is the greatest, as nothing can separate your bond of love. Hold each other in your hearts and your memories, until you are reunited again at heaven's door."

..... and when the little cat tried on his wings, he knew nothing was impossible...... when there is....love

God's speed dood, please say meowloz to dude & sauce; noe you were troo lee loved buddy; by familee, and friendz ♥♥♥♥♥

I am truly sorry Ian & Ann...for what it's worth, you gave Coco more in the short time you knew him, then he knew in his lifetime before you took him in...for that he is ever grateful ~~~~~ laura
