ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Hi Molly the weather wasn't to bad, we had some rain but who cares when you're among such beautiful scenery, plus i got more wet running through the water in the lakes i think i tried every lake out that we visited.

It's beautiful? Did you have to take a road trip to reach Claife? It looks very pretty. I'm glad you and your family enjoyed coming there. It looks like such a lovely place... especially after hearing they have pet friendly shops.

Sorry for the question mark and the grammar inconsistencies. Typing on the tablet isn't something I am accustomed to yet.

Hi haopee there was a car park just by the Claife Station so we just had a short walk up the hill. It was a great place with water bowls outside the shops for the dogs, i even got told off for standing outside the shop with Sheba and got told to come inside where the staff kept doggy treats behind the counter and said they like there canine visitors. Now It's back to reality.

It looks like a wonderful place to explore and that you had a great time, thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting, it was a lovely place for exploring and very dog friendly.

It's astonishing (to me) how "your" Lake District is very similar to "my" Finger Lakes region of New York & to the Adirondack National Park - two place that have captured my heart. Thanks for posting the lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy thank you for visiting. I don't know much about New York i thought it was all shops and high rise buildings, it just goes to show how wrong i was. I will have to read up on those places and educate my self.
DeleteI'm glad you enjoyed the photos.
